1. Online Marketing Manager - Mumbai, INDIA
We have a requirement for an Online Marketing Manager with excellent English and experience building links and managing teams of marketers and link builders. The position is based in Mumbai, India.
Requirements: You must speak and write perfect English. Knowledge of Western culture is a requirement. You must also have demonstrable experience at managing teams and building links for or marketing a website or a number of websites. Prior management experience and knowledge of link building work is an absolute must for this position and applicants will be required to prove proficiency and results.
SEO Jobs Spec: You will manage link building and online promotion campaigns for a number of websites. This will include, but will not be limited to search engine optimisation reviews, keyword research, link exchange requests, contacting potential link partners, social media marketing, managing our online directories and submitting to third party directories, lists, blogs and other link sources.
Required to start ASAP.
Salary: Rs. 15k - 25k per month + performance related raises & bonus.
2. Link Builder - Mumbai, INDIA
This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate with little or no experience to start a career with a multi-national company in the most exciting and fastest growing field of technology and marketing - Internet Search Marketing and Advertising. The position is based in Mumbai, India.
Job Spec: Your work in this position will contribute to the process of promoting our clients' websites and developing strategic relationships with other site owners to promote their business. To this effect, link development, social media marketing and directory submission will be the main focus of your activities. You will also be tasked with continually identifying new avenues to promote our client sites, and relevant websites willing to form alliances through link exchanges, banner placements etc.
Requirements:
- Be extremely articulate and fluent in English (native language)
- Your skills at writing in English should be immaculate and virtually error-free
- You must be very comfortable with use of all Internet technologies
- Keen awareness of Western culture, including popular music, movies and games
The work might initially seem obtuse and demand patience, perseverance and a degree of innovativeness. We therefore require a person who is hard working and does not give up easily.

3. Mobile website developer - Mumbai, INDIA
We have a requirement for a Junior Mobile Website Designer / Developer with at least 1 year's experience doing website design or development using CSS. The position is based in Mumbai, India.
Requirements: You must have 1 year's experience, ideally focused on website design or mobile website development. Must be an adept user of DreamWeaver and expert at coding web pages in strict HTML / XHTML with CSS. Knowledge of WAP, WML and other mobile technology is desirable. Fluency in English is an absolute must. Degree-level education is preferred.
Mobile Job Spec: You will build our portfolio of mobile content websites. This includes designing mobile-friendly templates, creating optimised pages, writing optimised copy, identifying and integrating new mobile technologies and promoting the mobile sites via organic search engine marketing.
