Brief

Unity Estates are a real estate agency specialising in properties in Dubai. They offer a wide range of fantastic investments opportunities. Using their extensive knowledge of the international property market, they are able to offer their clients extensive advice on investing in the Dubai property market. Since they target both the UK market and overseas investors, their main source of leads was their website. AccuraCast's brief was to increase targeted traffic to their website through natural search engine optimisation.

Before

Unity Estates had previously dealt with SEO companies that had promised great results, but had resulted in no success at all due to the highly competitive nature of the market. Unity Estates were very disappointed with the efforts of these SEO companies and had generally grown to mistrust any search engine optimisation agency.

Search Engine Optimisation Strategy

AccuraCast suggested a comprehensive search engine optimisation strategy that included improvements in the site navigation, underlying HTML design, inbound links and inclusion of fresh content on the site. The first series of changes were made to the structure of the web pages and web copy, in order to optimise the site for the most popular keywords, e.g. "dubai property". At the same time, a link development campaign was launched to increase the number of relevant inbound links and maximise the websites exposure.

Results

In just 3 weeks the site started ranking in the top 10 on all the major search engines for their most important keywords.
