Facebook Improves Ad Management

By July 5, 2011July 30th, 2023No Comments

Facebook has recently launched new features, which in unison, could provide a better experience to advertisers. These services mainly improve the user experience for small and medium businesses using Facebook’s self-serve ad platform.

Power Editor, the first new feature, is a browser-based tool for creating, editing and managing ads in bulk. Earlier this work was done by Bulk Uploader tool. Advertisers can use their Ad Manager to start using this new feature.

Another feature added by Facebook is the introduction of Account Groups. With this feature brands and agencies will find it very easy to manage their ad strategies on Facebook. The agencies will be able to simultaneously access several accounts by grouping them together. This will give them better account organisation and the access to different accounts will be seamless.

To start an account group an advertiser must set a group of accounts under one name and grant or revoke permission for the entire group. He must then accept invites to join a group and select the groups in the Ad manager account list.
