I started a job in August with a PPC firm in Edinburgh. When I started the new interface was already the norm, however the staff at the company would not let a day go by when they did not mention how much they disliked the new interface.

I can see where they were coming from because it must have been a difficult transition from one interface to another.

I can only speak for myself but I have never had an issue with the new interface but that is of course coming from someone with no Adwords experience prior of August 2009.
