		<description>More flexibility in placing breaks would be a good thing, but any increase in the amount would not be, even the advertisers may find that it dilutes their message, rather tha strengthening it - doubling the price and halving the amount of advertising might actually lead to better results - when you see some of the junk advertised on TV, you have to conclude that this outlet is already too cheap.</description>
