Web History Feature On Google Accounts

20th April 2007

All websites visited by a Google Account holder can be picked up by the Google Toolbar and also saved via the Google Search History function. Now Google has introduced the ability to search all the pages in the user’s online travels, with a new feature called Web History.

Web History makes it easier for Googlers to look back in time, revisit the sites they’ve browsed, and search over the full text of pages they’ve seen.

It also makes it more convenient for Google to track usage data for a large number of websites, and probably use it in the future to improve their own search results!
