Mobile Operators Unite To Standardise Ad Measurement

Vodafone, T- Mobile, Orange, O2 and 3 have joined forces with the GSM Association to standardise parameters for the measurement of the effectiveness of Mobile Advertising. Skype To Team Up With 3 For Mobile VOIP
