We are looking for an experienced business leader to grow AccuraCast France. This is an opportunity to be a part of AccuraCast globally, drive new business and overall agency growth. We are the leading international digital marketing agency specialised in the Sports, Travel, Finance, and B2B industries.
You will have full P&L responsibility for the French market.
Support our strategic efforts and execute the agency growth plans. You will work closely with our Global MD and our International Director, as well as the leaders of our UK office. You will be responsible for building the brand name in France, growing our French client base, and partnering internally to drive operational delivery in the region.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting key individuals, and leading and developing the senior team
- Strategy development and implementation
- Coordinating and supporting all local commercial efforts in line with our broader global ambition
- Outlining and executing our sales strategies to activate the French business; identify key new client accounts to win and grow, pitch support, co-marketing efforts (e.g. thought leadership) & customer activation at key events
- Ensuring meticulous standards are maintained in both the delivery of outputs and the client experience
- Building an operating rhythm with all internal stakeholders
