We are looking for one sharp executive to join our team of digital marketing specialists; to manage the end-to-end marketing of our brand new app. Instead of conducting boring old interviews, we’ve organised a week-long Digital marketing Bootcamp for 10 shortlisted candidates, and we will select the top-performer from that Bootcamp for the full-time job.
Digital Marketing Bootcamp
This Bootcamp will be a live, on-the-job training workshop. Our team of digital marketing experts will deliver classroom sessions remotely (via Teams), and set you tasks to promote the app.
The Agenda: –
Day 1 – TikTok branding and growth
Day 2 – Introduction to app marketing
Day 3 – Introduction to marketing measurement
Day 4 – Instagram & Facebook marketing
Day 5 – Presentations and Interviews
One candidate will be selected at the end of the week-long Bootcamp, and will start working on the full-time job the very next week.
Full Time Job Description
Your objective will be to drive app downloads and app usage. These will be the two main metrics your performance will be gauged. Your job duties will include managing paid and organic, search & social media marketing campaigns, analysing results, identifying areas of improvement, optimising campaign performance, creating social media updates, and managing any other online & offline (guerrilla, on the street, in store etc.) marketing tasks for the app.
User data will be available, and the ideal candidate will thrive on working with Big Data to analyse performance, segment markets, and identify trends / opportunities. You will also bring strong writing and communications skills to the job, as well as ruthless attention to detail.
Job duties will include writing ad copy, website copy, and social media posts, optimising pay per click bids and budgets, analysing keyword, ad, audience, and app performance data, and identifying opportunities to grow.
The contract will include a 3 month probation period.
