The only problem is that Google has not informed advertisers that they may have been opted into this Beta test. The issue was discovered when attempting to make bulk edits to a campaign that had been opted in, as it was not possible to bulk edit the target CPA.

The reason for this is that bulk edit tools can only currently be used with 1 per click conversions, something that must have slipped Google’s mind when running this new test. So if you are having problems making bulk edit changes to the CPA, it may be worth checking the conversion settings under the Tools and Analysis tab.
