During the Olympic torch relay in France, a wheelchair-bound Chinese participant was attacked by pro-Tibet protesters. To add insult to injury, France has granted honorary citizenship to the Dalai Lama, who is the head of the Tibetan Buddhists, who have been agitating against the Chinese Government.
