Spark AR & VR Creator (Designer + Developer)

Are you Meta Spark AR qualified?

We are looking for creatives with AR/VR specialism, and are open to a flexible working offer with the right candidate.

You will create beautiful AR/VR experiences, analyse results, identify areas of improvement, optimise performance, create interactive journeys, and manage AR/VR marketing for our clients.

Transforming abstract business concepts and client needs into refined, elegant creative solutions will be a large part of the job; as will crafting ideas that are suited to the functionality of the specific immersive technology stack, and ensuring that all of the client’s creative output is consistent with the overall brand.

Job duties will also include working with the sales team on client pitches, working with clients to translate ideas into business requirements, writing concise and professional creative briefs, optimising creative performance, analysing usage, audience, and performance data, and identifying opportunities to help our clients achieve their goals. You will also identify new avenues to promote our clients’ brands in the Metaverse.

A very important part of this role will include XR advocacy, and raising awareness of the AR & VR work we do. This will include writing content and social media posts, delivering presentations, and representing the agency at industry events.

The contract will include a 3 month probation period.

  • Spark AR certification on Meta
  • Portfolio of XR creations designed and developed
  • Experience as the sole or lead XR creator
  • At least 2 years of digital marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent written English
  • Extreme attention to detail
Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
  • Facebook Blueprint qualification
  • Facebook ads management experience
  • Candidates with a Marketing degree
  • Ability to speak more than one Western / Northern European language
