Club Med: Ensure visibility on Metasearch (Google Hotel Center & TripAdvisor)

Challenge: Ensure visibility of the Club Med resorts on Metasearch.

Club Med is a leader in all-inclusive vacations, with resorts across the world. The challenge was to ensure that their resorts were visible when users search for accommodation on Google Hotels and on TripAdvisor pages.

This required sending the price of the resorts via an API connection (for Google Hotel Centre) and managing appropriate bidding strategies (for TripAdvisor Ads).

Efficient data Flow

Google Hotel Centre requires Club Med to send information on resort prices for all its resorts, over a wide range of parameters, such as the number of adults, dates, country of origin etc.  

Accuracast built the connection between the Hotel Center system and the internal Club Med system, maintaining a high accuracy of the pricing information over time, to ensure maximum visibility for Club Med in all organic hotel-related results.

Bid Management

Accuracast built and maintained a bespoke bid management system to optimise organic presence on TripAdvisor for Metasearch placement, as well as ensuring Sponsored Placements visibility, where relevant.

Dedicated dashboards allowed Club Med to track the ROI of their TripAdvisor investment on both Metasearch and Sponsored Placements.
